Hometruths

• One parking space is provided for your vehicle directly opposite the house (shared driveway). If you bring more than one car, there is an additional parking located at the bottom of the garden.
• Mobile reception in the area is fair/good depending on what network you’re on.
• There’s a single countrylane which wraps around the front of the property, with very occasional traffic servicing the local farms.
• Being situated in the countryside, you may hear the rooks nesting in the rookery closeby occasionally, or nocturnal wildlife such as the owls calling to one another.
• Strict no smoking policy.

Baby / Infants 

• Only the best for your baby/toddler – we offer a range of modern equipment upon request. These items are available at no extra charge: Highchair, Travel Cot, Booster Seat, Bumbo Chair, microwave steriliser, fireguard.
• Both bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot.
• For the safety of all our guests, the outside terrace is fully enclosed for your peace of mind.
• Please note that the ground floor is flag-stones throughout so may not be suitable for infants just learning to walk.
• Due to the open-plan design kitchen, the oven is always accessible and ask for you to bear this in mind with small infants.

Dogs 

• We lovingly welcome up to 2 dogs (or 3 small breed) and all breeds.
• Numerous dog walks straight from the door.
• Rear decked terrace enclosed to hip height.
• Warm running water outside for cleaning muddy paws & bellies!
• Welcome treat basket on arrival.
• Luxury memory foam mattress with blankets & towels provided.
• Sofa throws provided.
• Dog crate provided upon request.
• Box freezer 35 Litres for dogs on a raw diet.
• All that we kindly ask is for doggies to stay on ground-floor and refrain from going onto the beds.
