- The barn is situated next to two other neighbouring holiday barns
- Strict no smoking policy.
Baby / Infants 
- Only the best for your baby/toddler – we offer a range of modern equipment upon request. These items are available at no extra charge: Highchair, Travel Cot, Booster Seat, Bumbo Chair, microwave steriliser, fireguard.
- The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine first floor
- For the safety of all our guests, the garden is fully enclosed for your peace of mind.
Dogs 
- We lovingly welcome up to 2 dogs
- Numerous dog walks straight from the door.
- 4ft livestock fencing
- Running water outside for cleaning muddy paws & bellies!
- Welcome treat basket on arrival.
- Luxury memory foam mattress with blankets & towels provided.
- Dog crate provided upon request.
- Large freezer for dogs on a raw diet.
- All that we kindly ask is for doggies to refrain from going onto the bed
