We know from our own experience just how much your car gets crammed to the roof when travelling with infants. To save some space in the car, we offer a range of modern equipment than can be pre-ordered and provided on arrival, at no extra charge:
- Mamas & Papas Highchair.
- Mamas & Papas Travel Cot with luxury memory foam mattress, pillow and bed linen.
- Mamas & Papas Baby Seat / Bumbo Chair.
- Dr Browns Microwave steriliser.
- Fireguard for the woodburning stoves.
Information for guests staying at ‘Swn Y Nant’..:
- Both bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot.
- For the safety of all our guests, the outside terrace is fully enclosed for your peace of mind.
- The ground floor is entirely a flag-stoned floor, to be considered when staying with infants just learning to walk.
- Due to the open-plan design kitchen, the oven is always accessible and ask for you to bear this in mind with small infants.
- Pushchairs can be stored in the lockable storage shed outside, where you’ll also find an area where you can wash muddy wheels.
- Local pedestrian footbridge is pushchair-friendly.
- For pushchair friendly walks, we provide the ‘All-Terrain Pushchair Walks’ book in the lodge.
- We reccomend bringing a baby carrier too, so you’re not limited on the places you can explore in the Brecon Beacons.
