The accommodation benefits from a terraced garden with views of the rolling countryside and has it’s very own private heated garden spa room for an ultimate wellbeing experience. Celebrate with a glass of champers in the Hydrotherapy Spa Bath, or enjoy a refreshing shower and lay back on the relaxation loungers to leisurely watch the clouds go by. The large bi-fold doors can be fully drawn back in the warmer months to fully appreciate the fresh mountain air and abundance of wildlife. The patio area also reveals it’s very own barbecue kitchen.

Downstairs; you’ll be spoilt with a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons and open-plan living area, consisting of a sumptuous large comfy sofa to snuggle up in front of the fire flickering away, whilst enjoying your favourite movies.

Up on the mezzanine, you’ll find the super-sized luxurious leather bed, sunlit by the large skylight windows, where you can gaze to sheep grazing, or red kites gliding on the mountain breeze, whilst laying back to enjoy a lazy breakfast in bed. In the spacious bedroom you’ll also find a spectacular hand-made copper and nickel roll-top bath to delight your senses.

The barn offers a quiet rural escape, with access to 25 acres, including a communal tennis court and woodland walks alongside the river, with a pub within easy walking distance of a mile and a half.  As with all our properties; ‘The Old Shearing Shed’ is also dog friendly and the garden has a fully enclosed 4ft livestock fencing.
